Xiaomi’s spin-off Poco is all set to launch a new smartphone in India. The company has officially confirmed that it will soon come up with the Poco X6 series in India. The upcoming gaming smartphone series is likely to include two devices Poco X6 and Poco X6 Pro that will succeed Poco X5 and Poco X5 Pro, respectively. The company has also created a dedicated microsite to tease the smartphone series’s availability and its key specs.
According to Poco’s X post, the Poco X6 Series India launch will happen soon. The company is yet to announce the launch date but has listed the gaming series on Flipkart to tease its availability post-launch. The landing page and the official teasers tease the key highlights of the upcoming lineup. As per the teasers, the lineup will be the first to adopt MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra SoC in India.

As of now, not much has been revealed by the company but the rumours suggest Poco X6 Pro will be a rebranded variant of the Redmi K70E which was launched in China last month.
If we go by the speculation the Poco X6 Pro will come with a 6.67-inch OLED 1.5K display having 1,220×2,712 pixels of resolution. The OLED screen will support up to 120Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz touch sampling rate. The display may also offer 1,800 nits of peak brightness and 1920Hz PWM dimming. The phone is expected to include an under-display fingerprint sensor.

The Poco X6 Pro will be the first handset to debut in India with a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset. It is likely to include up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, and up to 1TB of UFS4.0 storage.
For photos and videos, the upcoming gaming phone may feature a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 64-megapixel primary camera with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. The device could feature a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for taking selfies.
It is expected to boast a 5,500mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging support.
