Realme has revealed the Realme GT 8 Pro’s India launch date: the third week of November, following its October 21 introduction in China. The smartphone has a 200-megapixel camera and is powered by the flagship 3nm octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC with a Hyper Vision+ AI chip. It features a 2K resolution display and a large 7,000mAh battery with the capability for 120W wired fast charging.

Realme has confirmed the launch date of their forthcoming smartphone, the Realme GT 8 Pro, revealing that it will be available in India on November 20 at 12 pm IST.

The upcoming phone will feature the world’s first Switchable Smartphone Camera Bump, a game-changing design. This device enables users to effortlessly change their device’s lens cover, making it as simple as unscrewing the original, picking a new one, and securing it with a click.

What distinguishes this device is its divergence from the “one-size-fits-all” design philosophy. The detachable camera bump allows for various styles, enhancing personalisation. The Colour-Mix idea allows customers to further customise their device by matching the lens module colours to the body. Realme is to reimagine flagship design by providing entertaining, customised, and premium experiences for young people who value uniqueness.

The GT 8 Pro‘s outer design mixes beauty and functionality, and it is available in Diary White and Urban Blue. It has a sleek curvature based on the golden ratio and a dual 2.5D edge for comfort and grip, as well as a matte metal frame and flat round screen. Notably, the gadget promotes sustainability with its Paper-like Leather back panel, which is made from recycled materials and provides a unique feel while being slim, lightweight, and sturdy.

The Realme GT 8 Pro will run Android 16 with Realme UI 7.0, a triple back camera arrangement with swappable modules, Ricoh GR Imaging, a 2K display, 7,000 nits of peak brightness, and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz.
