The Redmi A7 Pro 4G and Redmi A7 4G are two new smartphones Redmi has launched in India today. Both variants include an IP52 durability certification and a microSD card that can hold up to 2TB of extra storage. The Unisoc T7250 CPU powers them, and they have 64GB of built-in storage. Both smartphones also have a 13-megapixel camera on the back.

The 4GB RAM and 64GB storage version of the Redmi A7 Pro 4G costs Rs 11,499. Xiaomi, on the other hand, has set the pricing of the Redmi A7 4G at Rs 10,499 for the variant with 3GB of RAM and the same 64GB of storage. You can get the A7 Pro in black and sky sunset orange and the A7 in black and sky blue. On April 23, these smartphones will go on sale. You can buy them from a number of platforms, including Mi.com, Amazon India, Flipkart, and Xiaomi stores.

The Redmi A7 Pro 4G has a 6.9-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1,600 pixels. The Redmi A7 4G has a slightly smaller 6.88-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1,640 pixels. Both versions can refresh at 120Hz and can reach up to 800 nits. They also include a 240Hz touch sampling rate and 8-bit colour depth to make the viewing experience better. Also, both devices have an IP52 rating, which means they are protected from dust and water harm.

Android 16-based HyperOS 3 runs the A7 Pro 4G. It gets four years of Android upgrades and six years of security patches. The normal Redmi A7 4G, on the other hand, runs on HyperOS 2, which is based on Android 15. It also comes with a two-year OS upgrade and a three-year security update policy. The Unisoc T7250 SoC powers both versions. The A7 Pro 4G has 4GB of RAM, while the A7 4G has 3GB of RAM. Both devices have 64GB of built-in storage. They also include a separate MicroSD slot that can hold up to 2TB of additional storage.
