Today in India, Redmi India brought its latest smartwatch alongside the Redmi Note 10S smartphone. Redmi Watch features a 1.4-inch square dial and GPS support. In addition to this, there are 11 sports modes and health features on the wearable. To recall, the smartwatch was launched in China in November last year however the company has launched a much-improved version in the Indian market.
Redmi Watch price and availability
The Redmi Watch has been introduced in India with a price tag of Rs 3,999. This smartwatch will be available in four different strap colour options Black, Blue, Ivory, and Olive. The device is scheduled to go on its first sale via Flipkart, Mi.com, and Mi Home stores starting May 25 from noon onwards.

The Redmi Watch features a square-shaped 1.4-inch TFT LCD full touch coloured display with 2.5D curved glass and a single button on the side frame. The screen offers 320×320 pixels of resolution and 350 nits brightness. The intuitive auto-brightness feature on the watch understands the environment and adjusts accordingly. It comes with TPU Skin-friendly and ultra-soft straps that are available in 4 colour options and three options for watch cases. In addition to this one can customise the display for every style as it lets you pick from more than 200 watch faces it offers.
The Redmi Watch is 5ATM water-resistant that can withstand up to 50 metres of water. There is an in-built Dual satellite positioning system with GPS+GLONASS along with multiple sensors that can accurately track your trajectory, speed, distance and calories burnt precisely. Moreover, it is also said to measure any changes in heart rate, providing a clear picture of your workout status. The smartwatch also lets you choose from 11 sports modes that include outdoor cycling, indoor cycling, running, treadmill, walking, swimming in the pool, free activities and more. The Redmi smartwatch also consists of a PPG heart rate sensor, three-axis acceleration sensor, geomagnetic sensor, barometer, gyroscope, and an ambient light sensor. The PPG sensor can accurately detect your heart rate 24 hours a day and notify you when your heart rate goes above normal levels.
In addition to this, sleep monitoring can analyse your sleep quality by recording complete sleep data such as deep sleep, light sleep and sleep duration to help maintain good sleeping habits. You can also perform guided breathing exercises for 1 to 5 minutes at the set.
According to the company, the battery on the fitness watch can run for up to 10 days in typical usage mode and 10 hours in continuous GPS sports mode. It also takes 2 hours to charge from zero to 100 percent.
