With the increasing dependency on video conferencing owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, Samsung collaborates with Logitech to extend its Video Collaboration solutions with the leader in the visual display to bring together the industry’s most comprehensive display line-up including digital signage and desktop monitors.

Asserting that there is a growing need for enhanced collaboration solutions that can enable businesses to maintain continuity in the current landscape across the globe, Paul Kim, Vice President of Visual Display Business, Samsung Electronics, said, “We believe our partnership with Logitech, bringing together its dynamic video conferencing portfolio with Samsung’s unmatched visual display technology, can play a major role in shaping the future of work and we’re excited for what is to come.”

According to Logitech, “Together, with our wide variety of video conferencing solutions for both meeting rooms and personal desks, we’re delivering a powerful choice to businesses looking to transform conferencing rooms into more productive spaces.”

It was further revealed that the new joint solutions will include Samsung’s signage display, available in a wide range of sizes and screen types, including both standard and interactive displays, paired with a conference cam such as Logitech MeetUp and Logitech Rally. As Samsung collaborates with Logitech, combining Samsung’s high-quality visual display with Logitech’s video and audio solutions, any office space can be transformed into an integrated workspace for optimized video conferencing.

Combining our high-quality video collaboration products with Samsung’s industry-leading displays is a great way to optimize collaboration in meeting rooms and beyond,” said Scott Wharton, Vice President & General Manager, Logitech Video Collaboration.

Meanwhile, Samsung Electronics America announced the launch of AppStack, a new cloud software marketplace designed for SMBs. AppStack features a collection of highly rated business apps, like G Suite, which provides the necessary tools for SMBs to enhance productivity, enable collaboration and streamline online business operations, from a partner they can trust.

The current environment requires businesses to leverage smart, strategic technology to enable productivity, increase profitability, and remain competitive. While SMBs are eager to adopt digital solutions, limited IT resources and bandwidth can prevent many entrepreneurs and leaders from future-proofing their business. Samsung designs devices, like the Galaxy Chromebook and newly announced Galaxy Note20 and Tab S7, and builds platforms like AppStack to help SMBs meet their evolving business needs.

Designed specifically with SMBs in mind, Samsung’s AppStack simplifies the search, selection, purchase, and central management of business apps – taking the guesswork out of the discovery and deployment process. Customers will be able to test apps with risk-free trials and maximize savings based on competitive discounts offered exclusively through the AppStack, with increased savings based on the number of apps purchased and device bundling.
