Samsung Galaxy F23 5G has officially made its way to the Indian market. The device is the first 5G-ready smartphone to be released under the F-Series, and it features an FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. In addition to this, the phone is powered by a 750G Snapdragon chipset and will run Android 12 out of the box.

The Samsung Galaxy F23 5G will be available in two different configurations. The price of the base 4GB RAM with 128GB storage model is set at Rs 17,499 while the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant will cost Rs 18,499. The phone will be available in two colour options Aqua Blue and Forest Green.

The device is scheduled to go on sale from March 16 at 12 noon through Flipkart, Samsung.com, and select retail stores across the country. Customers who use ICICI Bank cards will receive an instant cashback of Rs 1,000 along with 2 months of YouTube Premium subscription. Therefore you can get the phone for Rs 15,999 and Rs 16,999 respectively. The length of the introductory pricing period has not been disclosed.

Samsung Galaxy F23 5G has a 6.6-inch full-HD+ Infinity-U Display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It runs on Android 12 on top of One UI 4.1. The phone will also get two years of OS updates and four years of security updates. The octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC, along with up to 6GB of RAM, powers the handset. In addition, it comes with up to 128Gb of internal storage which is expandable via microSD card up to 1TB. There is also support for 6GB virtual RAM expansion, which essentially uses the built-in storage to virtually increase memory capacity.

In addition to this Samsung Galaxy F23 5G includes a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL JN1 primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture. An 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro sensor are also included in the camera setup. The phone has an 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor on the front for selfies and video chats.

The Galaxy F23 5G is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging. In addition, the phone supports Samsung Pay via NFC also there is Dolby Atmos support for enhanced audio playback. 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack are among the connectivity options.
