Samsung Galaxy M30 to house a 5,000mAh battery: Report

South Korean technology giant Samsung’s Galaxy M series smartphones have been in news for weeks now. The smartphones are set to launch in India this month and will be replacing the Galaxy On and Galaxy J series. Although the date of the launch has not been confirmed by the company, Samsung did add a support page for Galaxy M10 smartphone on its India website, which is an official confirmation that the smartphone will soon be launched in the country.

However, Samsung Galaxy M10 wouldn’t launch alone, as reports suggest that the company will also be launching Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M30 smartphones in the country on the same day. While there is no official word confirming this, the number of leaks about the devices that have been surfacing online does make it seem like there is credibility to these rumours.

Till now, we had only got to know about the key specifications of Samsung Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20 smartphones since they had both been spotted on FCC’s website after getting certified. And as we mentioned earlier, the former even has its own support page on the official Samsung India website.

And now, there is finally a report on the third variant that is set to be launched in India this month – Samsung Galaxy M30. According to a report in AllAboutSamsung, will come with an Infinity U display, that was unveiled by the company at its developer conference in November last year. Samsung Galaxy M30 smartphone will reportedly sport a 6.38-inch screen which will have a resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels. The report also claims that the device will house a massive 5,000mAh battery, although there is no word on whether it will support fast charging.

On the camera front, it is said to feature a triple rear camera setup with a 13MP and two 5MP sensors, while for selfies and video calls, the smartphone will have a 16MP front-facing snapper. The dimensions of the smartphone are reported to be 159×75.1×8.4mm.

Prior to this, a report had surfaced online about Samsung Galaxy M20 mobile, which said that the device, much like Galaxy M20, will pack a 5,000mAh battery. As of now, there is no other information about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy M30, but we shall update you as we get to know more.
