Samsung Galaxy M90 leaked online, will reportedly be powered by Snapdragon 855 SoC

The device is rumored to be based on Galaxy A90 architecture

Samsung has been on a launching spree this year. The company has launched various devices under its M-Series smartphone that includes the Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20, Galaxy M30 and the Galaxy M40. All the M-series devices come under Rs 20,000. Now there is a rumour that the South Korean company is planning to launch another handset named Samsung Galaxy M90. As per the reports, the M90 device could be launched either in October or in November this year. The said smartphone is expected to be launched under the same price segment of the M-Series models with improved specifications.

Until now there was hardly any information with regards to Galaxy M90, so this is the first time it has come to light that Samsung is working on any such smartphone. The latest rumour came from the lesser-known tipster Ishan Agarwal. He stated that the M90 is put up with an SM-M905F model number. Additionally, he also shared that the upcoming smartphone has been internally codenamed R6. He further shed light on the rumoured device M90 that will look similar to Galaxy A90.

If the rumours are true then M90 will be a powerful device with Snapdragon 855 SoC as well. However, it is not confirmed but to make the handset more affordable the company could also switch the rumoured processor either with Snapdragon 710 SoC or Snapdragon 730 SoC.

To recall Samsung Galaxy A90 is rumoured to be launched in two variants. Both the variants bear the model names – SM-A905 and the SM-A908. The devices will feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-U Display with a dewdrop notch at the top. Both the models are speculated to arrive in 4G and 5G variants along with different hardware. The device will also come with an in-display fingerprint scanner and it will feature a triple rear camera setup.

The Samsung Galaxy A90’s SM-A905 model’s camera will reportedly comprise of a 48MP main camera sensor paired with a 12MP secondary camera along with a 5MP tertiary sensor. On the other hand, the Galaxy A90 with model number SM-A908 that is the 5G variant will include a main 48MP primary sensor paired with an 8MP secondary sensor and a third 5MP tertiary sensor. It is reported to be backed up by a large4,400mAh battery.
