Sony has launched the new 4K HDR OLED televisions A8H series in India. The high-powered processor in this 4K OLED TV creates a beautiful picture in total harmony with sound, all from a stunning one-slate design. It’s available in 164 cm (65) in a very slim form factor. The BRAVIA A8H will be available across Sony retail stores, www.ShopatSC.com portal, major electronic stores and on Amazon e-commerce portal for Rs 279,990.
The TV is powered by self-illuminating pixels which are precisely and individually controlled by the picture processor X1 Ultimate. It provides crisp, high-contrast and true-to-life picture. This processor showing amazing versatility, also scales up SD (Standard Definition) and HD (High Definition) content to near 4K picture quality.
The BRAVIA A8H OLED TV comes with Sony’s Pixel Contrast Booster, a technology that enhances clarity, color and contrast to improve everything one watches. This unique Sony technology ensures more shades and tones of color for natural looking detail and realistic textures.
Furthermore, X-Motion Clarity technology providing better refresh rate that is brighter and clearer than ever before. According to Sony, “With pictures created by millions of individually controlled pixels, everything is sharp and clear on this new OLED and with the X-Motion Clarity technology, even fast action stays smooth and clear. Moving images are precisely controlled to minimise blur so that pictures remain true with less loss in brightness during high speed scenes.”
In Sony BRAVIA A8H OLED TV, by widening the colour spectrum, TRILUMINOS powered by X1 Ultimate processor reproduces more colours than a conventional television. It analyses and processes data in every image to make colours even more natural and precise, so pictures are closer than ever to real life.
Besides this, Acoustic Surface Audio in the A8H includes twin subwoofers for bass that enables sound to follow the action for a truly immersive experience. An innovative actuator behind the screen vibrates discreetly to create sound giving viewers the feeling that sound is coming directly from the place in the scene where the action is happening such as dialogue from characters, engine noise from a car.
With the new Sony BRAVIA A8H OLED TV, you can hear sound as you would from a separate multi surround speaker. By up converting inputs, S-Force Front Surround virtually reproduces a multi surround speaker system within your TV, so you can enjoy all the thrills of more immersive sound. With Dolby Atmos, sound comes from above as well as from the sides, so you can hear objects moving overhead for a truly multi-dimensional experience. Sony BRAVIA A8H OLED TV boasts of unique ambient optimization technology automatically adjusting picture and sound to your environment. On conventional TVs, brightness stays the same regardless of light in a room, resulting in pictures that are too dark or bright. This TV detects objects and reproduces sound that’s enhanced and optimised as per the setting in your room.
Additionally, the A8H features Sony’s Android TV which supports more than 5000 apps and game from Google Play, including YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Video, Disney+ Hotstar. In addition, the TV comes with eARC HDMI input to connect and enjoy Dolby Atmos content on supported audio devices.
