Sony introduces HT-G700 soundbar in India to provide cinematic experience

Sony has introduced the latest addition to the soundbar range, the HT-G700, in India. The new model offers powerful and immersive sound so that customers can stay entertained while staying safe at home during this COVID-19 pandemic.

The new HT-G700 provides cinematic experience with a 3.1ch Dolby Atmos and DTS:X soundbar. The HT-G700 comes with a powerful, wireless subwoofer with a larger cabinet size that delivers a deeper, richer bass sound. Finally, set-up with a TV is quick and easy via Bluetooth or HDMI eARC/ARC.

Sony HT-G700 comes with a powerful, wireless subwoofer with a larger cabinet size that delivers a deeper, richer bass sound, creating a rich, detailed listening experience. The HT-G700 delivers 400W power output with 7.1.2 surround sound to deliver a theatre like immersive audio experience.  It also offers a dedicated centre speaker so that vocals can be heard clearly, whether it’s quick-fire dialogue in your favourite TV shows or whispered lines in a Hollywood movie. It’s also great for music, creating a rich, detailed listening experience.

To provides an upgraded surround experience, the newly-launched soundbar comes with Immersive Audio Enhancement and Sony’s unique Digital Signal Processing technology. The finely tuned S-Force Front PRO which uplifts sound to fit a wider TV screen (over 55 inch) seamlessly enveloping listeners to relive moments in newfound clarity and depth. Plus, by selecting the Immersive AE (Audio Enhancement) button on the remote, the HT-G700 can also upscale regular stereo audio to up to 7.1.2 surround sound so every TV show and movie gets the surround sound treatment.

With support of Vertical Sound Engine, our advanced surround technology in the HT-G700 sound bar, audience will get a sense of helicopters whizzing above and car chase action around them. Its three front speakers, combined with unique Sony signal processing, reproduce “vertical” audio, recreates the feeling of being surrounded by speakers for a true home theatre environment.
