Indian telecom operators have revised their recharge plans in India. These include Airtel, Vodafone-Idea as well as Reliance Jio. Along with the latest revision, these companies have also suspended some of their old plans. Every individual’s requirement is different, and to lure them companies often bring new recharge plans instead of the older ones as the competition in the market is getting tight. So here we have listed down some of the plans, which all of these companies are offering right now.
Reliance Jio has become India’s leading telecom company in a very short span of time. It is one of the most trusted and cheapest operators in the country when it comes to prepaid plans. In a new development, the company has refreshed its international subscriber dialling (ISD) and international roaming (IR) prepaid recharge vouchers with reduced benefits. Now the Rs 501 plan offers 28 days of validity with Rs 424.58 talk time while allowing the user to make a call to up to 230 countries. Before the revision, the company offered this IR plan with a talk time of Rs 551. In addition to this Rs. 1,101 and Rs. 1,201 IR packs have also been impacted. The Rs 1,101 recharge voucher comes with an IR usage of Rs 933 which earlier offered Rs 1,211 talk time. While the Rs 1,201 plan comes with an IR usage of Rs. 1,017.80 down from Rs 1,321. Both of these recharge vouchers offer calling benefits of up to 100 and 170 countries respectively.
Though in the recent past the company has also discontinued its popular Rs 98 and Rs 2,398 prepaid recharge plans. While also applying charges to the calls made to other networks.
By launching a Rs 819 recharge option, Vodafone-Idea seems to be expanding its prepaid plan portfolio. This recharge voucher comes with a 2GB high-speed daily data allocation along with unlimited voice calls. In addition to this, the existing plan also offers 100 SMS messages per day for 84 days. This plan is limited to the Delhi circle only to the Vodafone customers bundled with a free subscription to Zee5 and Vodafone Play.
Airtel recently scraped off its Rs 2,398 prepaid recharge plan. This plan came with a validity of 365 days, while also offering a daily high-speed data of 1.5GB with unlimited voice calling benefits. This plan was introduced by the company last year that came with 100 SMS messages per day for 365 days. At the same time, the company is still offering Rs 2,498 prepaid plan, which has been introduced in May only offering 2GB high-speed data per day. In addition to the unlimited voice calls the users will also get a benefit of 100 SMS messages for 365 days.
Besides this via Airtel Thanks app the company also offers Free data coupons to the users for pre-selected prepaid plans of Rs 219, Rs 249, Rs 279, Rs 298, Rs 349 and Rs 398. These plans offer two coupons of 2GB of data for 28 days while the Rs 399, Rs 449 and Rs 558 prepaid plans offer four 1GB data coupons for 56 valid for 56 days. Last of all the Rs 598 and Rs 698 vouchers gets you six 1GB data coupons that come with a validity of 84 days.
