Vivo is all set to announce the launch of the Vivo V25 5G smartphone in India today. A webpage for the phone on Flipkart just announced some details about its introduction in the nation. It has been verified that the 50-megapixel selfie camera on the Vivo V25 5G has Eye autofocus. There will be a back panel constructed of colour-changing fluorite AG glass similar to its sibling Vivo V25 Pro that was launched in India last month. Moreover, the phone’s camera will bring a Bokeh Flare Portrait option and there will be an 8GB Extended RAM functionality too on the device.

The Vivo V25 Pro launch event in India will begin today at 12:00. The company’s social accounts, website, and YouTube channel will all host a live webcast of the launch that will be conducted via an online presentation.

The Vivo V25 5G is expected to cost around 30,000 rupees in India. The phone can come in two models. The base model can come with 128GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM. A different variant might feature 256GB of storage capacity and 12GB of RAM.

According to a Flipkart webpage, the Vivo V25 5G smartphone would come in Black and Blue and sport a colour-changing back panel made of fluorite AG glass. A 50-megapixel selfie camera with autofocus will also be housed in the waterdrop notch on the display. According to the Vivo India website, the smartphone will boast a 64-megapixel triple rear camera setup with Bokeh Flare Portrait and optical image stabilisation (OIS).

A MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC is also suggested for the V25 5G. Additionally, the phone has Extended RAM, allowing it to use up to 8GB of available storage. In addition to an 8-megapixel wide-angle and a 2-megapixel macro camera, the smartphone is anticipated to have a 64-megapixel main sensor.

The Vivo V25 5G is said to have additional features such as a 4,500mAh battery with 44W charging capabilities. Additionally, the device will probably come pre-installed with Funtouch OS and Android 12.
