Xiaomi launches Mi TV 4X with 55-inch display 2020 Edition in India

It is the era of smart devices. This includes everything from a smartphone to a smart television.  Adding to that list of smart devices, Xiaomi has launched the Mi TV 4X (55) 2020 TV on November 28 in India. This TV is the latest addition to Xiaomi’s Mi TV 4X product line. As per the company, Xiaomi’s smart TV business has grown leaps and bounds ever since Xiaomi launched the world’s thinnest TV in February 2018.

Mi TV 4X (55) 2020 Edition: Specifications and Price

The Xiaomi Mi TV 4X (55) 2020 follows the Mi TV 4X (55) Pro, which changed the entire country’s Smart TV game for the Chinese company. The TV features a 4K 10-bit HD Resolution display partnered with Xiaomi’s very own Vivid picture engine that has been put in other Xiaomi TVs as well. As per Xiaomi India, the TV promises a great AV experience with 20W speakers that are certified by Dolby audio and DTS-HD.

The Xiaomi Mi TV 4X (55) 2020 is powered by Xiaomi’s designed Patchwall 2.0 User interface with Android 9 Pie. The Patchwall 2.0 UI brings an extensive collection of content, with support built specifically for Netflix, Amazon’s Prime Video and Hotstar video streaming services. Along with these, the TV offers native support to 16 content partners and 7 news channels across 7 languages. The TV also has built-in Google’s Android TV 9.0, which brings Google Assistant, YouTube, Chromecast, Google Play store and a data saver within the TV.

The Mi TV 4X (55) 2020 will be available at Rs 34,999 starting December 2, 2019 at 12 noon on Mi.com, Amazon and Mi Home. Early bird customers who are buying Mi TVs on or before January 31, 2020 will get a benefit of an Airtel DTH connection for 4 months at Rs 1,800 instead of the regular price of Rs 3,450.
