As per the company Zoom Workplace’s simplified purchasing option can assist AWS customers in finding partners who can speed up implementation, streamlining their technology purchases and billing of Zoom solutions and maximise their usage of AWS committed resources.

“Zoom incorporates over 40 different AWS services, including compute, storage, and encryption capabilities. Zoom’s Customer Managed Key offering allows customers to bring their own encryption keys using AWS Key Management Service to help protect certain data. Additionally, AWS AppFabric integrates with the Zoom Developer Platform to help businesses break down data silos, improve cross-application workflows, enhance security observability, and support employee productivity. In 2023,  AWS named Zoom as a NAMER finalist for its 2023 Geo and Global AWS Partner  Award within the Education Partners of the Year category.”

Agendas and pre-meeting materials can be attached and chat with attendees from the meeting card before meetings. Users will also be able to get assistance with meeting preparation via Ask AI Companion.

During meetings, users can also access, share, and collaborate on pre-attached materials or access documents from third-party apps, even if they are not attached to the meeting invite. Additionally, you will also be able to work together on various documents, whiteboards, and notes simultaneously while sharing multiple screens. Additionally, Zoom has released new co-editing and permission management tools for Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive assets to assist in streamlining document collaboration across Zoom, Microsoft, and Google and save you time when granting access to documents to everyone.

Zoom Workplace has improved the Meetings user experience with a streamlined toolbar, and a multi-speaker view that highlights active speakers. Moreover, you will have four distinct colour themes to pick from for how things appear.
