OnePlus 12R (256GB) buyers can return their devices to the nearest OnePlus Customer Service location. In order to receive a full refund, buyers must turn in all the accessories provided in the retail package of the OnePlus 12R along with the invoice for the device. Customers who availed of the OnePlus Buds Z2 promotional offers while purchasing the 12R must return the earbuds along with the smartphone. Any other promotional discount offers claimed at the time of launch will also be reflected in the refunded amount.
The 256GB storage variant of the OnePlus 12R is currently priced at Rs 45,999. The 128GB variant fetches Rs 39,999. Both variants receive UFS 3.1 storage (same as the OnePlus 11 Series) and feature the new Trinity Engine.
