The ASUS Pad T3201 includes a dual-layer OLED display with a size of 12.2 inches and 2.8K (2800×1840) resolution with a 3:2 aspect ratio. This display supports a 144Hz refresh rate and a screen-to-body ratio of 92%. With 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage, it offers a typical brightness of 600 nits and a peak brightness of 2000 nits. It also complies with TUV specifications for low-flicker and low-blue light output. The ASUS Pad is a functional productivity tool for note-taking, drawing, editing documents and creative work thanks to its touch-enabled display and compatibility with ASUS Pen 2.0 and Bluetooth keyboard.

On the hardware side, the ASUS Pad T3201 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek D8300 CPU, which clocks up to 3.35GHz. It comes with 8GB of LPDDR5x RAM and offers 128GB or 256GB of storage space with UFS 3.1 technology.

The gadget is equipped with a micro TF slot for larger capacity storage up to 1TB. It runs on Android 16 and has a 9,000 mAh lithium polymer battery, which can be charged using a 45W Type-C adapter, which can charge up to 50% in 30 minutes.
