Acer Aspire 5 Magic Purple edition laptop powered by 10th-generation Intel Core i3 processor launched in India

The Taiwan based electronics major Acer has expanded its laptops portfolio by launching Aspire 5 Magic Purple edition in India. The laptop comes in a hue changing shade. Also, the device is powered by the 10th-generation Intel Core i3 processor. It can last up to 11 hours when fully charged along with Windows 10 Home edition. There is a 14-inch full-HD IPS display also with Acer’s BlueLightShield tech to reduce blue light emission. The Acer laptop comes with accidental damage protection along with other benefits and freebies.

Acer Aspire 5 Magic Purple edition price and availability

Acer Aspire 5 Magic Purple edition has been launched in India. It comes with a price tag of Rs 37,999. The laptop can be purchased via Acer E-store that also offers two-years of an extended warranty, antivirus and data recovery software, with one-year accidental damage protection and free Bluetooth headphones or speakers.

Acer Aspire 5 features a 14-inch full-HD IPS display with the company’s own Color Intelligence technology and a resolution of 1,920×1,080 pixels. The display of the laptop comes with an Acer BlueLightShield to protect the user’s eyes from the harmful blue light. This laptop runs on Windows 10 Home edition and derives its power from the 10th-generation Intel Core i3-1005G1 processor coupled with 4GB of DDR4 RAM that can be upgraded to up to 12GB.

In addition to this, the Acer Aspire 5 laptop has an Intel Optane Memory H10 with 512GB SSD along with support for the hard drive of up to 2TB. There is also an Acer FineTip keyboard and 48Whr 3-cell battery that claims to deliver up to 11 hours of battery life on a single charge. The connectivity option on the device includes Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 6, USB 3.2, USB Type-C, USB 2.0 port and HDMI port as well as RJ-45 port.
