How to Find Your Archived Orders and Browsing History on Amazon (2024)

Need to take a look at your past orders? Make sure you check the Archived folder.

One of the drawbacks of sharing your Prime Video account with multiple people is that they can also access your Amazon profile using the login credentials. Not only does this give them access to view your cart, but they can also have a look at your past orders and browsing history. One of the best ways to maintain your privacy is by hiding your orders in the archived folder and deleting your browsing history. If you want to revisit the order, you can always visit the archived folder later. Here’s how you can find your archived orders and browsing history on Amazon.

Before you begin

Using the Archive folder on Amazon comes with its drawbacks. To begin with, it is not a foolproof way to maintain your privacy. If someone knows where to look, they can easily find the orders you’re trying to hide. On top of that, you cannot view your Archived orders on the Amazon mobile app.

Amazon also has a 500-order limit for the Archived folder. If you reach that limit you will need to move some of the orders in the folder back to your profile before you archive new orders. Meanwhile, removing items from your browsing history is much easier and straightforward. If you don’t want anyone to look at your orders, it would be a good idea to make another Amazon account.
