Chinese smartphone brand Xiaomi has today launched its Redmi Note 7 Pro smartphone in India today. The device was unveiled at an event in New Delhi and it is touted to come with a 48MP primary camera. Although it isn’t the first smartphone to boost this sensor, it is definitely the first in the budget segment to do so.
The device is the successor of Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro smartphone that was launched in India last year. We should point out that the smartphone did not do so well in the Indian market primarily because of the fact that it wasn’t much of an upgrade over its predecessor – Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro.
But we have to admit, in Redmi Note 7, the company has added some impressive specifications and the pricing of the device makes it a good buy, at least on paper.
