Chinese smartphone brand Xiaomi launched its Mi Play smartphone in India today. The smartphone is the first in Xiaomi’s Play series and comes with a waterdrop-shaped notch. Although there is no word on its India price or availability as of now, we expect it to be launched here soon, considering that India is a very important market for Xiaomi. The company is expected to launch the device in the budget segment of the Indian smartphone market – where it has most of its success since it forayed into the market.
