Set up a profile picture before the meeting starts
Step 1: Launch the Zoom desktop application and click on the Settings icon.
Step 2: Click on the Profile tab in the side menu. This will redirect you to your Zoom profile in your web browser.
Step 3: Click on your profile picture to change it. If you don’t have a profile picture, click on the empty thumbnail to set one up.
Step 4: Choose a picture from your device or drag and drop one in the dialogue to upload as your profile picture.
Step 5: Make sure the picture is appropriately cropped and under 2MB in size before uploading it.
Step 6: Turn off your video before joining a meeting. Your video feed will be replaced by your profile picture.
