Zoom web portal
To use Zoom video calling on their web portal, you need to open any browser on the internet and open Zoom.us to start video calling. Next, sign up with your account if you need you can also change your profile. Now you see three options on the top corner: Schedule a meeting, Join a meeting, and Host a meeting choose the option and start the video call. When you start video calling on Zoom you have the option to video call with video or without video and also with the audio or with audio using the icon the will be shown on the screen

Zoom desktop app
To use the Zoom desktop app, first, download the app from the internet/App Store/Play Store using a browser and install it on your computers. Create an account on the desktop app and set your profile. Now you will see four icons on the top of the page: home, chat, meeting, contacts. Press home for a new meeting, or join. You will also see the options schedule or share screen. Now you can start or join a meeting by pressing the icon given. On the desktop app also you have the option to choose with audio and without, and with video or without video.

Changing the video layout on zoom
For the Zoom screen with one screen, you can change the layout by tapping on the Change View option. And for the Zoom room with multiple screens, you can toggle the icon for Active speaker and Gallery views. There are three layouts you can change into according to the room screen. To change the display for a room with one screen: tap “Change View”. For a room screen with one screen, you can have an active view option and a Thumbnail view option. During the screen share for Active Speaker view: go-to options to move floating video. You can also stop the floating video with the Off button option, enlarge it, or you can swap content.

For zoom rooms with multiple screens, you can have the Gallery view option and the Active view screen option. You can share content in the multi-screen room and also change the background image of the room.
