Use of the Microphone correctly
So make sure that you are not too far from them because it will produce an echo. Additionally, you should also use an external mic if it is available with you, or you can just use any normal pair of earphones. External MIC/earphones generally are better than onboard mics on most laptops. Using a good microphone will omit most of the echo that is produced.
Mute yourself when not speaking
If you are not the main speaker in the meeting then it is advised that you should keep yourself on mute till the time you have to speak. Putting yourself on mute will create less echo and also you will eliminate the extra noise from your end.
