Acer has announced the launch of upgraded Acer Predator Orion 3000 and Acer Nitro 50 gaming desktop PC lineups in the market. The devices have been refreshed with 11th-generation Intel Core or AMD Ryzen 5000-series desktop processors. It also equips Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 Series GPUs for graphics. Besides this, the company has also introduced three gaming monitors.

Acer Predator Orion 3000, Acer Nitro 50 price and specs
The Acer Predator Orion 3000 (P03-630) will come with a price of $1,199 (approx Rs 86,800) in North America from July. Whereas the price for the EMEA has been set at EUR 949 (approx Rs 36,700) and will be available in October. On the other hand, Acer Nitro 50 (N50-620) will be available at a starting price of $949 (approx Rs 68,700) in July in North America ad will as in EMEA(in October) and China(in June ) at EUR 799 (approx Rs 70,400) and CNY 5,599 (approx Rs 63,600) respectively.
Acer Predator Orion 3000 (P03-630) is powered by an 11th-generation Intel Core i7 processor, paired with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 GPU for graphics with up to 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD (1TB x2) and up to 6 TB HDD (3TB x2). It features an enhanced Ray Tracing Cores and Tensor Cores, new streaming multiprocessors and high-speed G6 memory. To keep things cool, the 92×92 mm custom-engineered FrostBlade fan features special patented blades that deliver both high static pressure and airflow. Also, there are four RGB LEDs built directly onto the hub of the FrostBlade fan that can be further customised with a utility app that allows users to manage and monitor their system, lighting, and fan speed from one location.
Additionally, there is Intel Killer E2600 for high-end speeds and Wi-Fi 6 with MU-MIMO, a range of USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, both Type-A, Type-C and DTS:X Ultra audio.
On the other hand Nitro 50 (N50-120 [AMD] and N50-620 [Intel]) series with up to the AMD Ryzen 9 5900 Series desktop processor or the 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor paired with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GPU for graphics. Both the models are offered with up to 64 GB of dual-channel 3200 MHz DDR4 memory, dual 3.5” SATA3 HDD Slots (Up to 3TB x2), M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe SSD Slots, 802.11ax/ac/a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi 6, Dragon LAN 1G Ethernet and USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C and Type-A ports.
Other features include DTS:X Immersive Audio, Windows 10 Home, FrostBlade Cooling, Wi-Fi 6 functionality and burning red LEDs to set the mood for a gaming session.
Acer Predator gaming monitors price and specs
The Acer Predator CG437K S will be available in North America in November starting at USD 1,799.99 (approx Rs 1,30,000); in EMEA in November starting at EUR 1,599 (approx Rs 1,41,000); and in China in October, starting at RMB 9,999 (approx Rs 1,13,000).
The Predator X38 S will be available in North America in September starting at USD 1,999.99 (approx Rs 1,44,000); in EMEA in September starting at EUR 2,199 (approx Rs 1,94,000); and in China in August, starting at RMB 14,999 (approx Rs 1,70,000).
The Predator X28 will be available in North America in August starting at USD 1,299.99(approx Rs 94,000); in EMEA in August starting at EUR 1,199(approx Rs 1,05,000); and in China in July, starting at RMB 7,999 (approx Rs 91,000).
Speaking of the specification the Predator CG437K S is a massive 42.5-inch UHD (3840×2160) display with a 144Hz refresh rate support, 1,000 nits brightness and 90% coverage of the DCI-P3 colour gamut. It allows support for the latest game consoles with 4K 144 Hz with VRR via HDMI 2.1 ports. The device includes an array of USB ports that includes a USB-B port, a pair of both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports plus a USB Type-C (PD30W) port.
The Predator CG437K S comes with RGB lighting strips that can be synced to music and media. While the Acer ColorSense is said to adjust the screen’s temperature to match the ambience of the environment, Acer LightSense detects the ambient lighting and adjusts the monitor’s brightness settings accordingly, and Acer ProxiSense automatically wakes the monitor when users are nearby or dim it when they aren’t.
The Predator X38 S comes with a 37.5-inch Agile-Splendor IPS 2300R curved UWQHD+ (3,840×1,600) display with a DCI-P3 98 percent wide colour gamut, Delta E<2 ratings and VESA DisplayHDR 600 Certification as well as 175 Hz refresh rate support. It has a Predator Game Mode that allows up to eight pre-set (customisable) display modes to suit different genres of content. The Acer LightSense and Acer ColorSense make automatic adjustments to screen brightness and colour temperature based on the environment. The NVIDIA G-SYNC Esports Mode ensures the lowest possible latency by turning off the variable backlight and makes it easier to distinguish objects in dark areas by increasing black levels and fine-tuning gamma levels.
The Predator X28 is a 28-inch UHD (3,840×2,160) monitor with VESA DisplayHDR400 certification that offers a 155 Hz refresh rate with a 1 ms G-to-G response time. The monitor also features the NVIDIA Reflex Latency Analyzer. There is Acer LightSense, ColorSense and ProxiSense for better picture quality. The BlueLightShield Pro manages high-energy wavelengths in order to selectively filter out blue light emissions while maintaining Delta E<1 colour accuracy. In addition to this, the monitor is TÜV Rheinland Eyesafe-certified.
