Asus Zenfone Max M2 price in India slashed: Here are the details

Taiwanese technology company Asus has slashed the price of its Zenfone Max M2 smartphone in India. The handset has got a price cut of up to Rs 1,000 and it is up for grabs at its revised price via e-commerce website Flipkart. The key highlights of Asus Zenfone Max M2 include its Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC, its dual rear camera setup and its 4,000mAh battery. Here, we are listing down the new pricing and specifications of the handset. Take a look:

Asus Zenfone Max M2 price in India (revised)

Asus Zenfone Max M2 is available in two storage variants in India: One comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, while the other has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. The base variant of Asus Zenfone Max M2 has got a price cut of Rs 500 and now be bought at Rs 7,999 in India. On the other hand, the higher-end model has received a price slash of Rs 1,000 and can be picked up at Rs 9,499.

We should mention that the time of the launch of the device last year in December, the base variant of Asus’ smartphone was Rs 9,999. If you wish to buy the handset at its revised pricing, you can head to Flipkart to do so. Prior to the price cut, the 3GB RAM variant of the Zenfone Max M2 was available at Rs 8,499 and the 4GB RAM model was priced at Rs 10,499.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 specifications and features

Asus Zenfone Max M2 has a metal unibody design and it sports a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner on its back panel. The handset features a 6.26-inch HD+ IPS display that has a notch on its top. Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 632 processor, the Zenfone Max M2 has up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The device can hold a microSD card of up to 2TB and it runs Android 9.0 Pie.

On the imaging front, the offering from Asus sports a dual rear camera setup that consists of a 13MP primary sensor that has an f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP secondary sensor. For selfies and video calls, there is an 8MP sensor that comes with electronic image stabilisation and portrait mode. On the connectivity front, there is 4G LTE, dual-SIM slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, and A-GPS. Asus’ smartphone houses a 4,000mAh battery.
