PUBG Mobile game has been removed from Android and iOS platforms in India

Apple Store and Google Play store in India have removed the most popular game PUBG from their respective app downloading platforms after it was banned along with 117 more Chinese apps. The game has over 50 million daily active users in India only which is the biggest in the market. Though the company Tencent says it is being in talks with the government to remove the ban on PUBG. Similarly, in the past, TikTok was also banned and it has still not been restored and now the PUBG Mobile game is in a similar situation and the government is also in no mood to lift the ban on the app. Meanwhile, in India, there is a surge in the home-grown alternatives to PUBG that have started emerging after the ban of the Chinese app began. Call of Duty is one of the biggest rivals as well as an alternative to PUBG. Available on both Android and iOS this game has maximum download from India only. This is a free-to-play first-person shooter game that has been specifically built for mobile phones and is almost similar to the Call of Duty games found on consoles and PCs, including all the essential features of the foremost version. The game was launched last year and within a few days, it surpassed 35 million downloads. Similar to PUBG it has a variety of maps that you can choose from, Royale mode and more.
