German audio equipment manufacturer Blaupunkt has launched new range of soundbars in India named SBW-50 (120W) and SPW-01 (80W). The newly launched soundbars come with wired subwoofers and the company has promised that they will be able to deliver heavy bass with 3D cinematic sound. Blaupunkt has also stated that it will launch more audio equipment and products in the coming months in India. With the launch of SBW-50 (120W) and SPW-01 (80W) soundbars, the company hopes to increase its traction in the Indian audio equipment market. Blaupunkt SBW-50 (120W) and SPW-01(80W) price and availability
While Blaupunkt SBW-50 (120W) bears a price tag of Rs 12,990, the SPW-01 (80W) soundbar is priced at Rs 17,990.
Both the products are available online through e-commerce shopping platforms – Flipkart and Amazon India.
Blaupunkt SBW-50 (120W) and SPW-01 (80W) specifications
The Blaupunkt SBW-50 (120W) packs a 120W RMS and it comes with one 6.5-inch woofer with two 2.25-inch speakers. It can be used by plugging in an AUX cable, by Bluetooth, by USB cable and optical audio. Its woofer is a side firing type and it has LED display through which it is able to show the details about the activity. The Blaupunkt SBW-50 (120W) comes with 4 pre-sets, namely, equaliser mode, movie, news, sports and music and it is 80 x 6.7 x 6.7 cm in dimension.

On the other hand, the Blaupunkt SPW-01(80W) packs an 80W RMS. Similar to the SBW-50 (120W) it comes with one 6.5-inch woofer along with two 2.25-inch speakers. The SBW-01 (80W) too supports an AUX cable, Bluetooth, USB cable and optical audio. It holds a side-firing woofer, but unlike the other soundbar it comes with DOLBY surround sound. The SPW-01 (80W) comes with digital signal processor and is 80 x 6.7 x 6.7 cm in dimensions.
