The CMF Watch 3 Pro has been released in India, with a 1.43-inch AMOLED display and dual-band GPS capability. The smartwatch supports gesture controls and boasts a battery life of up to 13 days on one charge. It has a metal body and an IP68 certification and is compatible with the Nothing X companion app. The gadget also supports 131 sports modes and various health monitoring capabilities, including heart rate, SpO2, stress, and sleep tracking. It also has ChatGPT, which enables audio recording with auto-transcription and Bluetooth calling features.

Price in India, Availability

The CMF Watch 3 Pro will be offered at a price of Rs 7,999. But for a short period, there will be an exceptional introductory price of Rs 6,999. The product will be available for purchase on Friday, May 08, 2026. The product will be sold on Flipkart and at offline retailers. Customers will also be able to have early access beginning at 12 PM IST on May 07, 2026.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro will come in four colours: light green, dark grey, light grey and orange. It has a precision-milled metal body with soft-touch silicone straps, offering both durability and comfort. It has an IP68 classification for water and dust protection, so it’s tough and dependable for everyday use, whatever the weather.

The gadget also comes with a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with ultra-thin bezels and always-on display compatibility for a visual experience.

Importantly, the screen-to-body ratio is 10% bigger than its predecessor, the Watch Pro 2, giving a more immersive viewing area. For personalisation, users will have access to over 120 custom watch faces, including video, picture, and AI-generated choices, all thanks to Watch Face Studio. In addition, the gadget lets you employ full-screen or small widgets for the likes of fitness monitoring, weather updates, music control, and reminders, improving its adaptability and user engagement.

An integrated management system supports users in managing watches and audio devices conveniently and offers support for leading health platforms like Strava, Apple Health and Google Health Connect. ChatGPT makes it possible to have audio prompts in natural language, allowing users to easily retrieve information, facts and reminders.

Key features include a built-in voice recorder with auto-transcription and an Essential News tool, which gives users a personalised news digest each day. Bluetooth calls, gesture shortcuts, and quick responses are some of the features that substantially increase the user experience. They’ve added another microphone to boost call quality and make sure you hear everything clearly when you talk.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro uses AI to provide post-workout summaries that provide insights into recovery times, training loads, and endurance estimates for 5K and 10K events. Automatic activity detection allows for seven core activities to be identified and sessions to be recorded without the user needing to start them, making it user-friendly.

The Watch 3 Pro has sophisticated health tracking functions like blood oxygen monitoring (SpO₂), stress monitoring, guided breathing exercises, hydration tips, and special features for women’s health. Added dual-band GPS technology to improve the speed and accuracy of the tracking, which can adapt to the environment and maintain reliable signals.

Also, the personalised running coaching is intended to adapt plans based on the user’s fitness levels, along with a new heart rate sensor to improve measurement accuracy across skin tones and exercise intensities. Active Score gives you a weekly look at your physical efforts using MET data. It’s a snapshot of your physical efforts to help you stay consistent.

Lastly, a battery life optimisation ensures the watch can last up to 13 days on regular use. The motion tracking functions have been enhanced, too, and you can get a complete battery recharge in only 99 minutes.
