Our Take
Both the iQoo phones share similarities in terms of cameras only. The rest of the specs of the newest iQoo Z5 have been upgraded and it has a slightly larger display, bigger battery life and Qualcomm Snapdragon 77G SoC with Adreno 642L GPU, too.
But the previous gen has a faster 2.8GHz chipset than the latest one with 2.4GHz, which means a smoother experience. In addition to this, the predecessor also has provision for a slot for a memory card that will give you more storage capacity. So in our opinion, iQoo Z3 is worth considering as it is more value for money if you are looking for more space and similar performance.
