It’s offering a free 90-day trial of Fitbit Premium to users wherever Premium is available. Fitbit provides with a variety of guided programs, advanced insights as well as sleep and mindfulness tools to help you eat better, get more activity, and enjoy more quality sleep while you are at home to fight coronavirus outbreak. In order to access this trial, all you need to do is open the Fitbit app and tap on the “Premium” tab in the lower-right corner. Mind you! This offer is available to only new Premium users as of now.

Besides this, one can even get access to Fitbit’s fun reminder to wash your hands by downloading the Clean Cues clock face to keep safe from coronavirus infection. Once downloaded, the clock face features a countdown timer and a gentle buzz every 60 minutes to remind you to wash. According to Fitbit, “When you’re ready to lather up, simply tap “start washing hands” and wash your hands for at least 20 seconds or more. Your watch will buzz to let you know when those 20 seconds have elapsed.”

As more and more people are practising social distancing to keep coronavirus pandemic at a bay, it’s extremely important to take regular mental health. Numerous studies have show that taking a few moments to relax each day can reduce blood pressure and lower your risk of cardiovascular disease. Fitbit suggests that “the Relax app provides personalized deep breathing sessions that can help you more easily find moments of calm throughout your day. Choose between two-minute or five-minute long sessions.”
