The Taiwanese smartphone company, HTC Corporation, introduced a new smartphone in the market. In Taiwan, the company has launched HTC Desire 20+ which is a new member to its Desire 20 series. To recall, the lineup was introduced in June this year that already includes HTC U20 5G and HTC Desire Pro 20 Pro phones. The latest offering by the company has a hole-punch display, features a quad rear camera setup and is powered by mid-range chipset Snapdragon 720G SoC.

HTC Desire 20+ price has been launched in Taiwan and will be available in a single 6GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at TWD 8,490 that translates to Rs 21,700. The device comes in two colour options Dawn Orange and Twilight Black. The phone is now up for sale in the country however the company has not yet shared the availability of the phone in the other markets.

In terms of imaging, HTC Desire 20+ features a quad-camera set up on the back of the phone. The camera system includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, a secondary 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture. Further assisted by a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor with f/2.4 aperture and a 5-megapixel sensor f/2.4 aperture. While on the front there is a 16-megapixel selfie sensor with f/2.0 aperture.
In terms of connectivity, there is Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 5, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. For sensors, there is a fingerprint scanner, ambient light sensor, gyro sensor, dynamic gravity sensor, compass, and proximity sensor. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports QC4.0 fast charging.
