The Xioami’s spin-off brand Poco is expected to soon launch its much anticipated Poco F2 series in India. It is speculated that the company is expected to launch the rebranded variant of Redmi K30 Pro, which is believed to be called Poco F2 or Poco F2 Pro. While everyone is making guesses about the launch of the device the upcoming smartphone has been spotted on Xiaomi’s official Indian website as Poco M2 Pro.
As we are waiting for the launch of Poco F2 Pro another new smartphone has been listed on the company’s website as Poco M2 Pro with model number M2001J2I. The M2 Pro has been spotted on Xiaomi’s RF exposure page that revealed few details about this unknown device. According to a report by Pricebaba, the smartphone is 1.6 1.6 W/kg (over 1 g) SAR limit. As per the report, POCO M2 Pro moniker has now been confirmed and soon the device will arrive in the Indian market as the handset has been listed on its parent company’s website however the page not much information has been revealed about the mobile phone.
Moreover, two other devices have been added to the list namely Redmi note 9 as well as Mi 10. To recall recently the company announced the global launch of both the handsets which means soon the company will also bring their mobile phones in the country.
Redmi Note 9 has been listed with the model number M2003J15SI whereas Mi 10 with M2001J2I. Possibly the company might launch all the three devices in India at the same time as the Government here has allowed to begin the sale of smartphones under the no essential items category.
According to another report by XDA Developers, Poco M2 Pro could be powered by the same processor as of Redmi Note 9 Pro. The report says that the M2 Pro the device has been spotted with the code-name “gram” along with the model name “M2003J6CI” on the Mi India website suggesting the India launch. Coincidently Redmi Note 9 Pro also appeared with code-name “gram” in the kernel source code along with a watermark for “gram”. Sp the smartphone is expected to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC or a Snapdragon 7 series processor. Well Poco M2 is confirmed but we can take all the speculations with a pinch of salt.
