The recently launched Redmi Note 9 Pro is all set to go on sale in India today. Last week the Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi came up with two new devices in India Redmi Note 9 Pro Max as well as Redmi Note 9 Pro. Both the devices come with photography centric features. Note 9 Pro will today go on sale in the country via Amazon India. Whereas the other smartphone that is Note 9 Pro Max will be available for purchase on March 25. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro Pricing and Launch offers
Redmi Note 9 Pro has been launched in India in two different configurations. The 4GB RAM with a 64GB storage variant will be available with a price tag of Rs 12,999 whereas the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage model comes at Rs 15,999. Both the variants will be available in three colour options Aurora Blue, Glacier White, and Interstellar Black. The Redmi smartphone will be available for purchase via both online Amazon, Mi.com and offline outlets mi Home and mi Studio stores in the country. The sale will commence at 12 noon onwards.
The launch offers include up to Rs 1,000 on HDFC Bank cards along with EMI transactions. The Airtel subscribers are eligible to avail double data benefits on the prepaid recharge of Rs 298 and Rs 398 along with Airtel Tanks benefits as well as unlimited calling.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro specifications
Redmi Note 9 Pro features a 6.67-inch full-HD+ IPS display with a 20:9 aspect ratio with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The device runs on MIUI 11 based on the top of Android 10. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor along with Adreno 618 GPU for graphics. It will be offered in two RAM options, 4GB and 6GB along with 64GB and 128GB storage, which can be further expanded using a microSD card. The mobile handset houses a 5,020mAh battery supported by an 18W fast charger that comes inside the retail box.
For imaging, Redmi Note 9 Pro features a quad-camera set up that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor further supported by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with 120 degrees of FOV, a 5-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, it sports a 16- megapixel camera to capture selfies and for the purpose of video calls.
