Infinix launched the new version of the S4 smartphone with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM in India

The new smartphone comes at a price of Rs 10,999

Infinix, a premium smartphone brand from Transsion Holdings group launched the upgraded variant of the S4 smartphone in India. The smartphone has been launched at Rs 10,999. The new variants of the device comes with an upgraded 4GB RAM with 64GB of internal storage. The mobile device comes in three colour variants Nebula Blue, Twilight Purple, and Space Grey. The new version of the Infinix S4 will be available on the Flipkart’s Independence Day sale at a purchasing cost of Rs 8,999 from August 8 onwards. On the other hand, the older version of the Infinix S4 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage will also be available Rs 7,999 during the Independence Day sale.

Commenting on the launch of the revamped S4, Mr. Anish Kapoor, CEO, Infinix India, said, “S4 has been one of the most innovative camera-centric product from Infinix in the Indian market till now. For us, product evolution is a sustained process with the user at the center of our efforts. Our focused user engagement efforts provided us with valuable insights to help augment S4’s feature by offering a 4+64GB RAM ROM combination. It is a constant challenge to check all boxes in a fans wishlist but we have slowly but surely established Infinix as a brand synonymous with giving ‘something more’ in the budget smartphone segment.”

Camera – Infinix S4 4GB/64GB smartphone features a Triple Rear Camera set up that includes 13MP + 2MP Depth Sensor + 8MP Wide Angle sensor along with 120-degree wide-angle lens.  These include features like AI-enabled auto scene detection, beautification mode and many more. On the front, it comes with a 32MP camera for selfies and video calling. The front camera modes include AI Beauty, AI Portrait, AI HDR, AR Stickers.

Display – The new Infinix S4 features a 6.21-inch HD+ drop notch screen display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio that gives end-to-end access of the screen. 89% Screen to body ratio is what users will get.  Additionally, it comes with a dual 2.5D glass body on both sides and brightness of 500 NITs.

Performance – Infinix S4 runs on Android Pie 9.0, boosted by XOS 5.0 Cheetah OS layer. The company claims that this enables fast as well as intuitive user engagement experience. Over that, it has been built to suit the multi-tasking and heavy handling requirements of a smartphone user. In addition to this, it includes extra features such as Fingerprint Sensor and Face Unlock features that detect 1,024 facial points for extra security. The smartphone is powered by 2.0 GHz Helio P22 64-bit Octa-Core Processor

Other features – The AI-enabled smartphone by Infinix without human intervention enhances the quality of pictures to smart power management for intelligent load deduction and dynamic re-allocation of system resources. It also comes with a Quad-LED Flash along with Customizable Bokeh mode that adjusts the blur effect according to the user’s liking. The smartphone houses a 4000mAh battery which should keep it alive for long.
