Vivo’s sun brand iQoo has finally introduced its new budget phone in the market. The company has launched iQoo U1x in China. Just ahead of the launch the device’s render, as well as specifications, were leaked on the as it is an affordable option of the iQoo U1. The key highlights of the phone include a triple rear camera set up, a 5,000mAh battery and is powered by Snapdragon 662 SoC with Adreno 610 GPU and a waterdrop notch display with slim bezels.

iQoo U1x specifications
The iQoo U1x smartphone comes with a 6.51-inch HD+ IPS display offering 720×1,600 pixels of resolution. It has a 20:9 aspect ratio with a pixel density of 269ppi and 89 percent screen to body ratio. The mobile phone runs iQoo UI based on Android 10 OS. Under the hood, there is an octa-core Snapdragon 662 SoC paired with Adreno 610 GPU for graphics. The phone is offered with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage.
For taking photos and videos, the smartphone carries a triple rear camera set up that includes a 13-megapixel main sensor with f/2.2 aperture. It further includes a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, the device has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/1.8 aperture.
In terms of connectivity, the smartphone includes 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, Micro-USB port and a 3.5mm audio jack. Sensors on the phone include light sensor, gyro sensor, proximity sensor, gravity sensor, as well as a compass. It packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
iQoo U1x price and availability
iQoo U1x has been launched by the company in its home market China. The device will be available in multiple configurations of 4GB RAM with 64GB storage at CNY 899 that translates to Rs 10,000 while the 6GB RAM with 64GB option comes at CNY 999 that translates to Rs 13,300. The 6GB of RAM with a 128GB storage model comes with a price tag of CNY 1,199 that converts to Rs 13,300. The phone comes in Light Black and Morning Frost colour options. The smartphone is available for pre-orders and starting November 1 it will go on sale.
