Nokia 105, Nokia 106 feature phones launched in India

Both devices come with an in-built 123PAY.

HMD Global brand licensee of Nokia has announced the release of its new feature phones in India. The brand has introduced Nokia 105 and Nokia 106 in the country. Both mobile phones have a lot in common. The new devices come with an in-built 123PAY and wireless FM radio. In addition to this, they are IP52 rates and have a dedicated slot for microSD cards.

Nokia 105, and Nokia 106 price in India and sale details

The price of the Nokia 105 is set at Rs 1,299 and it comes in three colour options of Charcoal, Cyan, and Red. On the other hand, the Nokia 106 will be available with a price tag of Rs 2,199 and offered in two different colour options of Blue and Charcoal.
Both the feature phones are now selling on the company’s website.

Nokia 105, Nokia 106 Specifications

Both Nokia 105 and Nokia 106 come with 1.8-inch QVGA displays. The devices operate on the Series 30+ operating system.

The built-in FM radio on Nokia feature phones enables both wired and wireless operations. The Nokia 106 4G also includes an MP3 player.

Additionally, a built-in UPI 123PAY is NPCI’s immediate payment solution for mobile devices that enables safe and secure use of the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) payment service. Users of feature phones will be able to conduct a variety of transactions through UPI 123PAY based on four technological options, including contacting an IVR (interactive voice response) number, using an app on a feature phone, using a missed call-based method, and using proximity sound-based payments.

Nokia 105 is equipped with an upgraded 1000 mAh battery, 25% larger than its predecessor. Whereas, Nokia 106 4G has an increased 1450 mAh battery.
