As we are already aware that OnePlus 8T is on its way. There have been rumours doing the rounds that the smartphone is expected to debut as early as by the end of September or in the first week of October. Ahead of launch the specification and the render of the handset surfaced on the web. But the device was allegedly spotted on the company’s official website.
The news is rife that OnePlus 8T and OnePlus 8T Pro models accidentally went live on its website. As per the tipster, Evan Blass the five guides of OnePlus unannounced devices went live on the company’s official website. According to him, the OnePlus 8T, OnePlus 8T Pro, OnePlus Nord 100, OnePlus Nord 105g, and another device with model number SS9805 was spotted. In his tweet, he has also embedded the links of the guides which have now been removed from the website but this accidental listing indicates that the launch is not very far.
The listing suggests that two OnePlus Nord devices are in the pipeline. In a separate tweet, Evan Blass also mentions that new Nord models be cheaper than the existing one. OnePlus Nord 100, OnePlus Nord 105g are suggested to be priced around EUR 300 that translates to Rs 26,200. In addition to this, it would bring 5G capabilities.
While on the other hand there is no clarity on the phone with model number SS9805 which has been spotted along with the other four devices.
Coming back to OnePlus 8T the previous leaks suggest that the device will come with a redesigned rear camera module. This time it has been replaced with a rectangular L-shaped camera module instead of a vertical one repositioned to the top left corner.
The phone might be featuring a full-HD+ 6.55-inch display with a higher refresh rate of 120Hz. It is speculated to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SoC and will be available in two different configurations of 8GB of RAM with 128GB storage and 12GB of RAM with 256GB of onboard storage.
Moreover, it may have a quad-camera set up on the back of the phone comprising of a 48-megapixel primary lens, a 16-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 5-megapixel macro sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, it is suggested to have a 32-megapixel front-facing camera placed inside a hole-punch display at the top left corner of the screen. Even more, the leak suggests that OnePlus 8T will be housing a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support and it would run on OxygenOS 11, based on Android 11.
