The OnePlus 9RT launch is set for October 13. Just ahead of the official launch the device surfaced on various benchmarking and certification websites including BIS, therefore suggesting India launch as well. In a new development, the company has itself started teasing the key specs of the upcoming phone. The smartphone is teased to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC and a 120Hz display.
OnePlus 9RT is scheduled to launch in China on October 13 and the company has started sharing teasers on the Chinese microblogging website Weibo. According to the latest teasers, the OnePlus 9RT is going to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The phone will be offered with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 internal storage.
The upcoming OnePlus smartphone is also confirmed to feature a 120Hz Samsung E4 display. In addition to this, it will arrive with a 4,500mAh battery that will get 65T Warp Charge fast charging.

The OnePlus 9RT was earlier teased to come in three different colour options. The rear of the phone features a glossy and matte finish which may depend on the shades. The mobile phone is claimed to highlight a quad-camera set-up consisting of a 50 MP primary sensor.
Leaks suggest that the OnePlus 9RT will be priced at CNY 2,999 that is roughly around Rs 34,200 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage. Whereas the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage model is said to come with a price tag of CNY 3,299 which converts to Rs 37,600.
The above-mentioned specs of the device are similar to what it was previously rumoured. The theOnePlus 9RT is speculated to come with a 6.55-inch Samsung E3 full-HD+ Super AMOLED display with 1,080×2,400 pixels of resolution. The screen is tipped to support a 120Hz refresh rate and it will be protected with a layer of Gorilla Glass 5.
The phone is suggested to operate on OxygenOS 12 on top of Android 11. Under the hood, there will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
For the optics, the OnePlus phone is likely to house a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor along with a 16-megapixel Sony IMX481 ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel black and white sensor. For selfies, it may include a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 sensor on the front.
The smartphone is tipped to include NFC, dual-speakers with Dolby Atmos, and an X-axis linear motor. It is also stated to be fueled by a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
