OnePlus Nord 2 5G officially debuted in India last week only. Today the device is going on sale for the first time in the country. The smartphone is the successor to the original Nord which was launched in India last year. The mobile phone comes with upgraded features, an improved primary sensor, fast charging and a MediaTek SoC. OnePlus Nord 2 5G sale is live now on Amazon.com check out the sale details below.

OnePlus Nord 2 5G went on sale for the first time today at midnight. It was launched in three different configurations of 6GB RAM with 128GB of storage at Rs 27,999. Whereas the 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage will be available at Rs 29,999 and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage variant at Rs 34,999. As the device has gone for the early access sale today, only the 8GB RAM and 12GB models will go on sale via Amazon and on OnePlus.in. This sale will be limited to Prime members, as well as the OnePlus Red Cable members only. However, the open sale will begin from July 28 Amazon, OnePlus.in, OnePlus Experience Stores, and retail partners including Vijay Sales, Reliance Digital, Croma, Vijay Sales, Bajaj Electronics, Poorvika Mobiles, and Sangeetha Mobiles, among others.
The OnePlus Nord 2 5G will be available in three colours, Gray Sierra, Blue Haze and the India exclusive Green-Wood. The launch offer includes a Rs 1,000 instant discount to HDFC Bank credit card holders and on EMI transactions if the purchase is made through the official store. On the other hand, Amazon will be offering a 10 percent instant discount to HDFC cardholders and on EMI transactions. In addition to this, there will be a Rs 1,000 additional exchange discount as well.
OnePlus Nord 2 5G tech specs
OnePlus Nord 2 5G features a 6.43-inch full-HD+ Fluid AMOLED display having 1,080×2,400 pixels of resolution. It comes with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 90Hz refresh rate, and 410ppi pixel density. The phone will run on OxygenOS 11.3 custom skin based on Oppo’s ColorOS 11.3 out of the box. Under the hood, there is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI SoC, coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM with up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The imaging capabilities have been taken care of by a triple rear camera set-up that includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor with OIS. Under the hood, there is an 8-megapixel secondary wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor. Upfront the device sports a 32-megapixel selfie camera featuring dual video, nightscape ultra, group shot 2.0, and more. The company claims that the dedicated Nightscape Ultra mode allows for taking images in extremely dark environments.
Nord 2 5G is fuelled by a 4,500mAh battery that comes with 65W Warp Charge fast charging support. The company claims that with just 15 minutes of charge it can easily deliver a full day of battery life. For connectivity there is 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS/ NavIC, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors on the phone include an in-display fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, and proximity sensor.
