OnePlus Nord CE 5G and OnePlus TV U1S launched in India: Here are all the price and availability details

The all-new OnePlus Nord CE 5G is officially out in the open. The Chinese premium smartphone company today introduced this much-anticipated smartphone in the Indian market via an online launch event amid the coronavirus pandemic. The device is highlighted with a 64-megapixel primary sensor and offers 5G connectivity. Alongside, the company also launched the OnePlus TV U1S, which is the company’s new smart TV featuring Dynaudio speakers.

OnePlus Nord CE 5G is the company’s latest edition to its affordable range of Nord smartphone series in India. The device will be available in multiple configurations of 6GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at Rs 22,999. Whereas the price of the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant can be owned at Rs 24,999 and the 12GB RAM with 256GB at Rs 27,999. This smartphone will be available in three colour options of Blue Void, Silver ray and Charcoal Ink.

On the other hand, the OnePlus TV U1S will come in three models: 50-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch. Their prices will start at Rs 39,999, Rs 47,999, and Rs 62,999, respectively. 

In terms of availability, the smartphone will be available for purchase via Amazon and on its website. The pre-orders will be starting from June 11 and sales will open from June 16. On the other hand, the OnePlus Smart TVs will go on sale from tonight for members and will tomorrow, June 11 at 12 noon for others via Amazon, the OnePlus Store and Flipkart.

OnePlus Nord CE 5G specification

The OnePlus Nord CE 5G features a 6.43-inch 90Hz Fluid AMOLED display. It comes with a 90Hz refresh rate support. It runs on OxygenOS 11 on top of Android 11 with improved UI, Dark Mode AOD and Zen Mode. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor paired with up to 12GB RAM with 256GB of storage. The internal storage can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card. It houses a 4,500mAh battery that is supported by Warp Charge 30T Plus. The charger is claimed to charge from 0% to 70% in 30 minutes.

There is also a triple rear camera set up on its back featuring a 64-megapixel primary camera sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with 119 degrees of FoV and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Upfront there is a 16-megapixel camera sensor for taking selfies and video calling.

 OnePlus TV U1S specs and features

The OnePlus TV U1S will be available in three models 50-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch with 4KUHD resolution offering 8.3million pixels. The device is HDR 10 and HDR10+ certified with Gamma Engine

The Television features a bezel-less design on the front and a metal-back design on its rear. It is shipped with a metal stand. Also, there is support for MEMC for smoother and high-quality images.

The device runs Android TV 10 out of the box. The users will get complete control over your data with Data Saver Plus Mode along with parental controls for kids. Over that this TV does have a camera which is great for large group calls with built-in far-field dual mics with noise reduction. You can fix the camera via a magnetic holder. In addition to this the OnePlus TV has a new Speak Now feature, that will let users control their TV from a distance as it is powered by the OnePlus Connect 2.0. This means it will support 16+ content providers and will get support for Sports Zone, News Zone and more. The company’s new smart TV also features Dynaudio speakers.
