Price drop alert: Samsung Galaxy A53 5G gets a price cut of Rs 3,000 in India

The cost of the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G has decreased in India. The price of the smartphone has been reduced by Rs 3,000. With the new price revision, the device is now available for purchase at Rs 31,499. To recall Galaxy A53 5G was launched in India in March this year at a starting price of Rs 34,499. The gadget is driven by the Exynos 1280 SoC and sports a quad rear camera system. The phone also boasts a display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and an IP67 rating.

Samsung Galaxy A53 5G new price details

The pricing of the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant in India has decreased from its prior price of Rs 34,499 to Rs 31,499. Whereas the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage which was launched at Rs 35,999 is now available at Rs 32,999.

The price reduction is seen on a number of websites, including Amazon, Croma, Flipkart, Vijay Sales, and the Samsung official website. The handset is offered in Awesome Black, Awesome Blue, Awesome Peach, and Awesome White colour options.

Samsung Galaxy A53 5G specifications

The 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity O display on the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G smartphone has a refresh rate of 120Hz and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone runs Android 12 on top of OneUI 4.1. A 5nm Exynos 1280 SoC with up to 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage powers the tablet. The storage space can be increased to 1TB by using a microSD card.

The quad rear camera system on the Samsung Galaxy A53 consists of a 64MP main sensor with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, a 5MP depth sensor, and a 5MP macro lens. A 32MP front-facing camera on the smartphone is available for selfies and video calls.

The phone has an IP67 rating, making it resistant to water and dust. The phone has a 5,000mAh battery as well, which enables 25W rapid charging. The phone has 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4G+5GHz), and Bluetooth v5.1 connectivity options. An accelerometer, a fingerprint sensor, a gyroscope, a geomagnetic sensor, a hall sensor, a light sensor, and virtual proximity sensing are some of the onboard sensors.
