Snapdragon X2 Elite has arrived on the mini-PC market, delivering excellent performance, advanced AI capabilities and remarkable power efficiency for desktops, mini-PCs and laptops. The ASUS Ascent QN10 is the first AI mini-PC powered by the Snapdragon X2 Elite Platform. It delivers 80 NPU TOPS of AI processing power for demanding AI-driven processes and offers integrated chip-to-cloud security to protect sensitive data.

Qualcomm Technologies and ASUS announced this gadget at Computex 2026, taking the Snapdragon X Series beyond Windows laptops and into mini-PC territory with superior desktop performance in a small form factor. The ASUS QN10 offers smart performance and stylish design, providing powerful, AI-powered experiences in a tiny form factor.

At the heart of the ASUS QN10 lies the Snapdragon X2 Elite platform, which provides the latest in performance and power efficiency for desktops. Designed exclusively for professionals, it excels at managing a varied range of activities like constructing large language models (LLMs), handling massive data, and running numerous applications at the same time. It is also quite efficient in terms of energy consumption, which means it can be used for long periods without becoming too hot and thereby saving electricity costs.

The QN10 is fuelled by an ultra-fast 80 TOPS Neural Processing Unit (NPU) which can run complex AI models natively and efficiently host AI agents like OpenClaw and Claude desktop. It also provides powerful chip-to-cloud security to safeguard sensitive information at all stages of operation.

The QN10’s ultra-compact chassis is less than 0.7L, making it 86% smaller than standard mini-PCs and ideal for fitting into contemporary workspaces. Its design is intentionally optimised for better performance and efficiency, enabling it to seamlessly integrate into workplaces, studios, and residential settings while yet offering significant computing capabilities.
