Realme X to go on its first sale today at 12PM IST on Flipkart

The handset is available in two colour options Polar White and Space Blue

Chinese technology company Realme had launched its Realme X smartphone in India earlier this month. Today, the handset is all set to go on its first-ever sale in the country. The first sale of the Realme X smartphone will be held on Flipkart as well as the company’s official website. If you are an interested buyer, you can head to either of the two at 12 pm IST today. We should mention that Realme X is the first-ever handset from the company to come with a pop-up selfie camera and it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor. It also has an in-display fingerprint scanner. Here’s a look at the price details, sale offers, and specifications of the Realme X smartphone:

Realme X price in India, sale offers

The base variant of Realme X smartphone has 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage and it is priced at Rs 16,999, while the higher-end model comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage and costs Rs 19,999. The handset is available in two colour options: Polar White and Space Blue. Both the variants will be going on sale via Realme’s official website and Flipkart today at 12 pm IST.

Realme X first ever sale

Coming to the launch offers that the company is offering, you can avail of a MobiKwikSuperCash of 10% worth Rs 1,500. Jio benefits worth 7,000 will also be credited to the customers in the form of cashback vouchers. Flipkart is also offering a no-cost EMI and if you pay for your purchase via Axis Bank Credit cards, you will get a 5% cashback. If you pay with an Axis Bank Buzz Credit card, you will get a 5% discount.

Realme X specifications

Realme X comes with a 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,340 pixels) AMOLED display that has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The screen of the handset is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 710 SoC and comes with an Adreno 616 GPU. The smartphone runs Android Pie skinned with ColorOS 6.0 and is available in two variants – 4GB and 8GB RAM paired with 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone comes with a 3,765mAh battery that has support for VOOC Flash Charge 3.0 to deliver super-quick charging.

On the imaging front, the Realme X smartphone comes with a dual rear camera setup that has a 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor with an f/1.7 aperture and a 5MP secondary sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. On the front, it features a 16MP IMX471 pop-up selfie camera that has an f/2.0 aperture.

The connectivity options of the handset come included with 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, USB Type-C port and Dolby Atmos audio. There is no microSD card slot in this smartphone.
