The Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G will now have a new RAM option, Redmi has announced. According to the firm, a fourth RAM option will be available for the device. Earlier this year, the phone made its debut in India alongside the Note 12 5G and the Note 12 Pro+ 5G in three different variants. Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G new RAM price in India and sale details
The Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G will now be sold for Rs 28,999 with a new 12GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration. Prior to this, the company only sold the Redmi Note 12 5G in three storage configurations: 6GB RAM and 128GB storage for Rs 24,999; 8GB RAM and 128GB storage for Rs 26,999; and 8GB RAM and 256GB for Rs 27,999. The phone is available in three colours: Frosted Blue, Stardust Purple, and Onyx Black.
The new variant of Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G is currently up for sale via Flipkart and mi.com in the country.

Redmi Note 12 Pro specifications
The Redmi Note 12 Pro comes with a 6.67-inch full-HD+ OLED display with a 1,080 x 2,400-pixel resolution. The screen enables touch sampling rates of 240Hz, HDR10+, and supports refresh rates of up to 120Hz. Under the hood, there is, an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC paired with Mali-G68 GPU and up to 12GB LPDDR4x RAM. The smartphone has a storage capacity of 256GB using UFS 2.2.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro features a triple rear camera setup for photos and videos. The camera unit has a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor that features optical image stabilisation. In addition to this, there is an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The phone further includes a 16-megapixel selfie sensor on the front.
A 5,000mAh battery and 67W rapid charging are features of the Redmi Note 12 Pro.
