South Korean technology giant Samsung launched its Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M20 smartphones in India last month. The smartphones garnered a lot of appreciation for offering powerful performances at an affordable price.

And now, Samsung has confirmed that it will be launching its Galaxy M30 smartphone on February 27. The company made the announcement about the launch of Samsung Galaxy M30 smartphone by posting a teaser on its official Twitter handle.

The teaser shows off the Samsung Galaxy M30’s front panel as well its back panel, and it confirms the report that said that the smartphone will come with a triple rear camera setup and an Infinity-U display. It also confirms that the device, much like Samsung Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M10 (review), will be available for purchase via Amazon India’s website.

We should mention that a number of leaks about the Samsung Galaxy M30 have surfaced online in the past few weeks that have given us a fair idea about what the device will be like. Also, Samsung is not trying to keep the design of the upcoming smartphone a secret, as the teaser that the company has posted, shows an edge-to-edge display that comes with U-shaped notch on the top to house the selfie camera of the device.

It is worth noticing that Samsung Galaxy M30 will be the first smartphone by the company to sport this kind of notch. While it cannot be determined from the teaser image if the back panel of the smartphone is made of metal or plastic, what is clearly visible is the device‘s fingerprint scanner. Apart from the fingerprint sensor, Samsung Galaxy M30 has a vertically stacked triple rear camera setup and an LED flash on its back.

According to previous reports, Samsung Galaxy M30 smartphone sports a 6.38-inch FHD+ display and its triple rear camera setup will comprise of a 13MP and to 5MP sensors. Among the three sensors, one will be a wide-angle lens and the other will be a telephoto lens with 3X zoom. On its front panel, Samsung Galaxy M30 will reportedly sport a 16MP sensor that will enable users to click selfies and make video calls.

The smartphone is also reported to be powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 7904 processor that was also present on the Galaxy M20 (review). Along with this, Samsung Galaxy M30 is expected to come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Among the key highlights of the smartphone will be its 5,000mAh battery, which will be another feature that Galaxy M30 will have in common with Galaxy M20.
