The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event is going to take place on August 11. The company has recently confirmed to launch its third-generation of Galaxy Z phones, speculated to be Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. Now it has released the first trailer of the upcoming launch event that teases the design of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 3.
The video trailer begins by asking us a question, “Why Change a Good Thing?” Then it further takes you into a galaxy-like space where hundreds of handsets are roaming in the space like celestial bodies. It showcases different designs of phones like a bar, feature phones, clamshell-design and QWERTY keypad mobiles from popular brands like BlackBerry, Motorola, Nokia and HTC. The story then tells us that at some point they have all changed for the better. And once we experience better we never go back. And then the video goes on with asking another question, Is “good” good enough? Then bright music plays and it shows the silhouette of Galaxy Z Fold 3 which then opens up like a book showing us some graphics with unfolding skyscrapers. After that, the video trailer ends with the tagline “Get ready to unfold” reiterating the event date.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is suggested to come with a 7.6-inch internal display and a 6.2-inch outer display. It could be available in two optional S Pen variants — Pro and Fold editions. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is likely to feature a 6.7-inch primary display. The screen will offer 120Hz refresh rate support. It is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. It is likely to be available with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage option.
Lately the Samsung President & Head of Mobile Communications Business TM Roh also confirmed instead of unveiling a new Galaxy Note this time around the company will launch new foldable Galaxy Z smartphones on August 11. He also confirmed that the upcoming third-generation Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip foldable phones will bring the S Pen to its foldable phones. Additionally, the phone will also get popular apps and services from Google.
