Late at night, the South Korean giant Samsung debuted the brand-new Galaxy S23 Series in India and across the globe at the Galaxy Unpacked event. Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra are the three devices that make up the company’s most recent flagship lineup. The Indian pricing was not made public at the time of the launch, but the business has now made it official.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 will be available in two variants 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage options priced at Rs 74,999 and Rs 79,999 respectively. The 8GB RAM with 256GB storage option of the S23+ will be available in India at Rs 94,999 and the 8GB RAM with 512GB storage model will cost Rs 1,04,999.
On the other hand, the Galaxy S23 Ultra comes with a starting price of Rs 1,24,999 for the base 12GB RAM with a 256GB storage option. The 12GB RAM with 512GB storage option and 12GB RAM with 1TB storage model is priced at Rs 1,34,999 and Rs 1,54,999 respectively.
Starting on February 17 all three models will be available for purchase in three colour options of Phantom Black, Cream, Green, and Lavender. Exclusively on Samsung’s website, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will be offered in four other colorations, Red, Graphite, Lime, and Sky Blue. Pre-registration is possible for S23 series phones. Users may pre-reserve the phones for Rs 1,999, which is refundable, on the Samsung India website at the moment. Customers will also receive bonuses worth up to Rs 5,000 when they pre-order certain devices.

Samsung Galaxy S23 specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S23 has a water- and dust-resistant design and is rated IP68. Its most distinctive feature is the 6.1-inch full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. In gaming mode, the display is rated to give a 240Hz touch sampling rate and has a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, which can drop to 48Hz. A Vision Booster function is available for improved outside visibility. The entire phone is protected by the Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
The gadget has a triple rear camera configuration, including a 50-megapixel primary wide-angle sensor with an 85-degree field of view and an f/1.8 aperture. A 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 120-degree field of view, as well as a 10-megapixel telephoto camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a 3x optical zoom, are also included in the system. It has a 12-megapixel selfie sensor with an f/2.2 aperture lens and an 80-degree field of view for selfies.
The basic S23 runs on Android 13 with One UI 5.1. It features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and up to 512GB of storage. There are a few connectivity choices, including a USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, 5G, and 4G LTE. Furthermore, Samsung Knox security and compatibility for Knox Vault are both incorporated.
There is also a 3,900mAh battery in the S23 (supports 25W wired and 15W wireless charging). It also comes with Wireless PowerShare so you can use it to charge other wirelessly charging devices.

Samsung Galaxy S23+ specifications
Both the Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ share several features. The device has a 6.6-inch full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. The same display features that were stated earlier are also present. The device is water and dust resistant and has an IP68 rating. The processor and software are the same on both phones.
The specifications of the S23+ camera, however, are the same as those of the S23. Another noteworthy change in this edition is the battery, which has been increased to 4,700mAh and now supports 25W wired and 15W wireless charging. Samsung Knox security and Knox Vault are also supported.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra specifications
On the other side, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra boasts a 6.8-inch Edge QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display. Its touch sampling rate is 240 Hz in gaming mode, and its dynamic refresh rate ranges from 1 to 120 Hz. The phone, like the first two variants, runs Android 13 with One UI 5.1 on top and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Additionally, it can accommodate up to 12GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The S Pen stylus from Samsung is also bundled with the phone.
The primary wide camera of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 200-megapixel sensor and an 85-degree field of view. It has an f/1.8 aperture. A 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera with a 120-degree field of view and an f/2.2 aperture, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with a 3x optical zoom, and a final 10-megapixel telephoto sensor are included (10x optical zoom). A 12-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture and an 80-degree field of vision is located up front.
The connectivity options include a USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, 5G, and 4G LTE. The phone is compatible with Samsung Knox security and Knox Vault. It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery (45W wired and Fast Wireless Charging 2.0).
