The Huawei Enjoy 9 has a Snapdragon CPU over Kirin and lacks a fingerprint sensor

Huawei is the one of the leading manufacturers of smart devices that has been catering to customers since a long time. It works in four key domains—telecom services, IT, smart devices and cloud services. A watered-down version of the Huawei Enjoy 9 Plus (which was launched in China in October this year) will launch tomorrow. It is called the Huawei Enjoy 9. It has a 6.26-inch 720×1,520px IPS LCD screen and sports a 13MP f/1.8 + 2MP f/2.4 aperture depth-sensing dual camera with an 8MP f/2.0 aperture selfie camera.

The smartphone comes in two memory options. First is the 3GB + 32GB version and the other is 4GB + 64GB variant. However, both come with a Snapdragon 450 chipset with no choice of Kirin available. It has an Android 8.0 Oreo and on top of that it has EMUI 8.2 software. The Enjoy comes with a 4,000mAh battery, which will ensure that your phone lasts for a long time. Also, it comes with a dedicated microSD card slot that can store up to 512GB of files.

The mobile phone is available in black colour and along with it, there are three gradient Aurora colours—blue, red and purple. The phone is supposed to launch in China on 12th December. However, Huawei hasn’t disclosed the price of the phone as of yet.

Connectivity options include WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Wifi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth (4.2, A2DP, LE), GPS, microUSB 2.0. Messaging options include SMS, MMS Email, Push Email and IM HTML5. The phone’s dimensions are 158.9x 76.9x 8.1mm and weighs 168grams. In terms of sound options, it has a loudspeaker, 3.5mm jack, vibration; MP3 and WAV ringtones.

And yes, it also has the multitouch feature. It starkly differs from Huawei Enjoy 9 Plus as it has a waterdrop notch that gives the users more screen space on the mobile phone. The Huawei Enjoy 9 Plus on the other hand has a simple notch. Let’s see how well it competes with other brands of the same segment in the market.
