Vivo has expanded its Y-Series in India with the launch of a brand-new smartphone. The company has introduced Vivo Y100 which comes with a color-changing design. The device is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC. It features a 4,500mAh battery and comes with an AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate support. In addition to this, there is a dual rear camera setup that includes a 64MP primary sensor.

Vivo Y100 price in India and sale details

The Vivo Y100 has been launched in India with a price tag of Rs 24,999 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage option. The device comes in color-changing variants- Pacific Blue and Twilight Gold along with a third metal black. The phone is now available for purchase via Amazon, Flipkart, Vivo India e-store and across all partner retail stores.

Customers can also get cashback from Kotak Mahindra, HDFC, ICICI, and SBI up to Rs 1500.

Vivo Y100 is highlighted with a 6.38-inch AMOLED Display. The screen comes with a 90Hz refresh rate, 360Hz High touch sampling rate, supports peak brightness at 1300 nits and HDR10+ certification. The handset also has a well-liked “Colour Changing” technology, which enables the device’s rear panel to change colour when exposed to sunshine or UV rays.

It comes pre-installed with the most recent FunTouch OS 13, which is based on Android 13. An octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC built using a 6nm technology powers the device. The Vivo Y100 also includes UFS 2.2 and 8GB of additional RAM with Extended RAM 3.0, which speeds up and improves the experience of moving between apps.

The 64-megapixel primary back camera on board the Vivo Y100 has optical image stabilisation. Dual 2-megapixel sensors are there in addition to this. A 16-megapixel front camera on the phone is used for selfies and video calls.

It has a 4,500mAh battery inside that can be charged quickly at 44W. Dual SIM, 5G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, USB Type-C, GPS, and OTG are just a few of the connectivity choices available. Additionally, it supports a 3.5mm audio jack that is certified for high-resolution audio.
