The Chinese smartphone company Vivo has introduced its latest 5G phone Vivo Y52s in the market. The company’s latest mid-range phone has made its debut in its home market. The key specifications of the smartphone include a 90Hz refresh rate display, powered by MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. In addition to this, there is a 5,000mAH battery on the phone with 18W fast charging support.
Vivo Y52s price and availability
Vivo Y52s has been introduced in the Chinese market in two different configurations of 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM option. The 6GB variant is priced at CNY 1,598 that translates to Rs 18,100 while the 8GB RAM option comes with a price tag of CNY 1,798 that translates to Rs 20,300. The device will be available in three distinct colour options- Monet, Coral Sea, and Titanium Grey. It is scheduled to be available for purchase from December 12 onwards however it now available for pre-orders and the company is yet to say on the global release of the smartphone,
Vivo Y52s specifications
Vivo Y52s comes with a 6.58-inch full-HD+ display with 1,080×2,408 pixels offering a 20.1:9 aspect ratio. It runs on an Android 10 based Funtouch 10.5 platform. Under the hood, there is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC with Mali-G57 MC3 GPU. It will be available with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage option.
For the photos and videos, Vivo Y52s has a dual rear camera set up that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4. The setup supports 4K video recording at 30fps and 1080p at 30fps. In addition to this, there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front with an f/2.0 aperture.
Other than this the device includes a 5,000mAh battery with 18W Dual Engine fast charging support. There is 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack as connectivity options on the phone. The device also includes sensor such as a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an accelerometer, ambient light, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor
